Banana Nut Bread
1 Cup sugar 2 Eggs 1/2 Cup Corn Oil 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1 Cup Flour 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans 1/2 Teaspoon Banana Flavoring |
Mix in order given and bake in 9" X 13" pan in a slow oven @ 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes. Test with a toothpick for doneness. |
